Planning around an occupied property.
The owner wanted to replace an aging roof before it created problems for tenants. Lucky Dog served as prime contractor for the commercial replacement, including tear-off and work on decking, flashing, and ventilation. The project used Atlas Pristine shingles. Photo: work in progress.
