Yes. Roof inspections are free, and the roof report includes roof size to support transparent pricing. Repair work has a $500 minimum; that does not apply to the inspection.

We contact customers the same day during business hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m. After-hours inquiries receive a response within 24 hours. Estimates can be available the same day when an inspection is not required.

Scheduling is typically 2–5 days, with installation around two days. Scope, material availability, weather, and the current schedule can change timing. Specialty shingles, colors, and metal can take longer.

We use tarps at home edges and landscaping, with repeated magnetic sweeps during and after work to collect nails and metal debris. Access and protection are discussed before installation.

Lucky Dog handles the permits required for the agreed work. Requirements and timing depend on the project and jurisdiction.

Manufacturer limited warranties depend on the products, system, installation, registration, and applicable terms. Workmanship coverage is separate. Your written proposal explains the coverage for your project.

Financing is available subject to approval and provider terms. Monthly figures in the calculator are illustrations, not a financing offer.

The first three sheets of decking are included in every full replacement. Additional sheets are priced in your estimate. Major framing repairs are separate; the allowance does not apply to repair-only work.
